AHOF – RUN TO YOU Video Call Event Sweepstakes: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor. The “AHOF – Run to You Video Call Event Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Helmus, Inc. d/b/a K Place (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Not open to residents of U.S. Territories. Void where prohibited.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on October 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time and ends on October 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Winners will be selected on the date specified in Section 5.
4. How to Enter. Entry Information is collected so that Sponsor can administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, and contact potential winners. For Method #1 (purchase) entries, Entry Information consists of the name, email address, and (where provided by the entrant) phone number submitted with the entrant’s qualifying K PLACE order. For Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) entries, Entry Information consists of the first and last name, age, email address, and phone number submitted through the AMOE Form (defined below). Participants may enter in the following ways:
Method #1: Each qualifying purchase of the AHOF – RUN TO YOU [3rd Mini Album – Digipack Ver.] from K PLACE (kplaceshop.com) during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically generate one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes based on the Entry Information submitted with the order. Purchasers do not need to separately complete the AMOE Form to receive their Method #1 entries. The eligible album is sold online only through kplaceshop.com for this Sweepstakes.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): You may enter without making a purchase by completing the online entry form available at https://kplaceshop.com/pages/free-entry (the “AMOE Form”), which is also accessible by scanning the AMOE QR code displayed in Sponsor’s in-store materials. To enter via the AMOE Form, you must submit your first and last name, age, email address, and phone number, and must affirmatively confirm (by checking the eligibility box on the form) that: “I am 18 or older, a legal resident of one of the 50 United States, and I agree to the Official Rules.” Submissions from anyone under 18 years of age at the time of entry will be rejected and not retained. Each AMOE Form submission is timestamped and logged automatically for Sponsor’s drawing records. The AMOE Form must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.
Entry Limit: Method #1 will generate one (1) entry per qualifying album purchase, with no cap on the number of qualifying album purchases that may be made during the Sweepstakes Period. AMOE entries are limited to one (1) submission per person during the Sweepstakes Period, and that single AMOE submission will count as one (1) entry. If an entrant both completes one or more qualifying purchases and submits the AMOE Form, that entrant’s total number of entries in the random drawing will equal the greater of (i) the number of Method #1 entries generated by the entrant’s qualifying purchases, or (ii) the one (1) entry from the AMOE submission — and not the sum of both. Entries determined by Sponsor to be duplicate submissions, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified.
All entries become the property of Sponsor upon submission and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Official Rules or specifications may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Entries associated with qualifying purchases that are later canceled or refunded, in whole or in part, may be voided at Sponsor’s discretion. Except where otherwise required by applicable law, qualifying orders cannot be canceled or refunded after the public winner announcement on October 22, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
5. Winner Selection. Twenty (20) unique potential winners (plus such alternates as Sponsor deems appropriate) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will conduct the random drawing, and may do so directly or through a designee acting on Sponsor’s behalf (including, without limitation, COPAN Global, Sponsor’s event partner, and/or the artist’s agency).
The random drawing will be conducted on or around October 22, 2026, with the public winner announcement to occur at 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time on that date. In connection with administering the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may provide the applicant list (through COPAN Global) to the artist’s agency for the agency’s applicant-eligibility review. Any flags or information provided by Sponsor’s event partners (including COPAN Global and the artist’s agency) will be treated as information provided to Sponsor, and Sponsor will make and record the final determination of eligibility or disqualification in its sole discretion under Section 9.
6. Winner Notification. Potential winners will be notified by email on October 22, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time (or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter), using the email address associated with the entry. Each potential winner must respond to the notification email, and must provide any information required by Sponsor to participate in the KakaoTalk video call (including the potential winner’s KakaoTalk identifier or other platform-specific information required by Sponsor), by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time on October 23, 2026. Failure to respond and provide the required information by that deadline will result in disqualification, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Sponsor may also require a potential winner to provide valid government-issued photo identification for identity verification. Before awarding a Prize, Sponsor may further require a potential winner to sign and return one or more of the following (collectively, the “Releases”): an Affidavit of Eligibility; an IRS Form W-9 (which, if required, will include the winner’s Social Security Number or other taxpayer identification number solely for tax reporting purposes as required by law); and, where permissible, a Publicity Release. Noncompliance with any requirement imposed by Sponsor under this Section 6 within the stated response deadline will result in disqualification, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Prizes will be awarded within approximately thirty (30) days after the winner is verified. Sponsor reserves the right to select alternate winners.
7. Prizes. The following prize will be awarded (one prize package to each of the twenty (20) winners): a video call experience with AHOF of approximately one (1) minute thirty (30) seconds, conducted via the KakaoTalk platform, currently scheduled to occur on October 23, 2026 at 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time, together with one (1) signed Polaroid photograph.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize package: $200. Total ARV of all twenty (20) prize packages: $4,000.
The actual value of Prizes may vary at the time of award and will be determined by Sponsor.
No substitution or transfer of a Prize is permitted by a winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with another prize of equal or greater value, including cash or gift card substitution. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by the Sponsor.
8. Prize Conditions
Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes (if any) associated with receipt or use of a Prize.
If the approximate value of a Prize awarded to a winner exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 to that winner and report the prize value to the IRS as required by law. Winners will be required to provide their Social Security Number or other taxpayer identification number for this purpose.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro, or use of automated devices are void. The Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive Entry Information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entrant or winner at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Official Rules, violation of KakaoTalk’s platform rules, suspected fraud, information provided to Sponsor by Sponsor’s event partners or designees (including COPAN Global and the artist’s agency) regarding applicant eligibility, or conduct determined by Sponsor to be detrimental to the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, or any other party. Sponsor's decision regarding disqualification shall be final.
10. Notice to Online Entrants. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the email address associated with the account used at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is the rightful owner of the email address account. Sponsor may ask any entrant or potential winner to provide proof that such party is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address associated with the entry, to Sponsor’s satisfaction.
11. Legal Warning. Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper with, or vandalize the Sweepstakes website, or to otherwise interfere with the operation of this Sweepstakes, is a violation of these Official Rules and may be in violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and to pursue all other available remedies against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability. By participating, you agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses (including attorneys’ fees) or causes of action arising out of or relating to: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) any Entry or Entry Information; (iii) acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize (including the video call experience and signed Polaroid photograph); or (iv) noncompliance with these Official Rules.
13. Disputes. These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each entrant irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purpose.
14. Privacy. Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may include an entrant’s name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, date of birth, and any other information submitted with an entry. Such information will be collected by Sponsor and may be shared with vendors, contractors, and service providers engaged to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, fulfill prizes, host or maintain the Sweepstakes website, analyze campaign performance, and comply with legal requirements. Your personal information will be shared with KakaoTalk, a social media platform that will be used to conduct the video call.
By entering, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor and their agents may collect, use, process, and disclose entrant information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes, contacting potential winners, fulfilling prizes, complying with applicable law, and as otherwise described in the applicable Privacy Policy. Entrant information may also be used for marketing purposes only to the extent the entrant separately affirmatively consents, if required by applicable law.
By entering, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and KakaoTalk’s Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the applicable Privacy Policy with respect to personal information, the Privacy Policy shall control as to data handling practices, except that these Official Rules shall control as to Sweepstakes administration, eligibility, and prize matters.
15. Publicity Rights (Winner Consent). Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a Prize, each winner grants the Sponsor the right to use and exploit the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, selling, commercial, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Nothing in these Official Rules obligates any Sponsor to make any use of any winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, or statements.
